2. How to Claim a Refund

We believe refunding a product should be as direct as ordering it. No retention phone scripts, counter-offers, or endless surveys.

  1. Email support@loniqlife.com within 60 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number and write "REFUND REQUEST" in the subject line.
  3. Our support team will acknowledge and process your refund within 1 business day.

We respect your decision. You request a refund under our guarantee, and we process it directly to your payment card (typically reflecting in 5–7 business days).

3. What Is & Isn't Covered

A. What Is Covered

  • First orders of CORE, FORGE, RENEW, or the complete Loniq System.
  • Empty, partially used, or sealed containers within 60 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or defective products received upon shipment.

B. What Isn't Covered

  • Requests submitted after the 60-day delivery window has expired.
  • Items purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers or marketplaces.
  • Duplicate refund claims attempted across multiple accounts or addresses.

4. Subscription Cancellations & Billing

Loniq subscriptions are built for maximum flexibility without binding contracts:

  • Cancel Anytime: You can pause or cancel your subscription at any point prior to your recurring billing date via your online account dashboard or by emailing support@loniqlife.com.
  • Pre-Notification: We send an email notification 3 days before any subscription renewal charges to ensure you have time to adjust your schedule.
  • Shipped Subscription Orders: Subscription orders that have already shipped fall under our standard return guidelines.

5. Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

If you place an order by mistake and need to cancel before it leaves our warehouse, email us within 2 hours at support@loniqlife.com with "URGENT CANCELLATION" in the subject line. If the package has not entered fulfillment, we will immediately void the charge and issue a full refund.

6. Consumer Protections

This 60-day satisfaction guarantee is offered by Daredia Life Sciences LLC in addition to, and does not restrict, any statutory rights available under federal or state consumer protection laws.
